The Work of Applied Creative Thinking

We get through life by creating defenses and using distractions, but when they become habits, they can become our prison.
Heart-based living is the antidote for whatever holds us spellbound. In a powerful way it releases insecurity, anxiety, and critical self-judgments. It allows us to rewire old neural habits of defensiveness and distraction. It unfolds the creative power inside us to overcome everything that is not from our authentic self.
The ultimate creative act is being who you really are. Living from the heart is the path of self-healing that overcomes defensiveness and distractibility. It opens you to a life of the deepest meaning and fulfillment. I am walking that path by celebrating the gifts of the authentic self. This is my heart's plan for my own deep fulfillment.
